You must be customer service oriented, have an outgoing personality and have previous retail experience.
Training, Marketing and Operations
We help our franchisees every step of the way. You will receive hands-on, intensive training from an experienced Woodcraft retailer at one of our many retail locations. You'll learn day-to-day procedures and, because so much of our focus is on customer education, you will learn how to help them learn!
We will provide you with clear-cut guidelines on site selection, marketing, how to set up your own Woodcraft retail location, ordering procedures, hiring and more. On-site visits will help you get started.
