History of Progress
Lee’s Sandwiches was founded by Vietnamese immigrant, Chieu Le, who learned the restaurant business from the ground, up. In1985, Chieu partnered with his brother to establish Lee Bros. Foodservices, Inc., one of the largest industrial catering companies in Northern California. Chieu’s next project was to carefully craft the Lee’s Sandwiches concept. His experience, knowledge and insight will provide excellent guidance to franchisees who wish to grow in the business.
Awarding Franchises
We are looking to award start-up and area development franchises to a select group of qualified individuals. Our screening process focuses on a combination of qualifications that we feel will mesh with our organization and contribute to a thriving enterprise. We ask that you possess a passion for excellent food quality and a strong customer service orientation. You must also be outgoing and energetic, with superior organizational skills. Previous small business or food service industry will be considered a plus, but is not a requirement.
